Delete your Coo account
Coo — Baby Log & Sleep works without an account. If you have signed in to share your log, this is how to delete that account, and what happens to your data when you do.
In the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. This option appears once you have signed in.
Without the app
Email andrzej@lechdigital.nl from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, and ask us to delete your Coo account. We delete it and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- your account;
- your sign-ins and sessions;
- the record of your consent to sharing;
- your family membership.
If you are your family’s last parent, the family and its whole shared log are deleted as well. Deleted data disappears from our backups within 14 days.
What is not deleted
The log on your phone stays on your phone. Deleting your account does not touch it. To remove it, uninstall the app or clear its data.
If other parents remain in your family, the family and its shared log stay with them.
